Canadian-born (Quebec) Carole Desgagné participated in several symposia including « Meet the Arts ».
Carole Degagné’s passion for the arts is nourrished since childhood and early in his life sculpting imposed in it. It is her way of expressing her pleasure in sharing. She always writes a text to accompany his sculptures aims to track the emotions she felt during creation. His bronze sculptures reflect either a state of mind or a staging. The human form and the passionate movement in which it is heavily inspired.
Since 2000, Carole Desgagné has participated in many symposiums in Quebec being granted several awards. She entered the International Academy of Fine Arts of Quebec as Academician in the spring of 2011, where she got the 3rd prize in sculpture by public voting.
In December 2011 she exhibited at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris having been selected by the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris.
In 2012 she was awarded the sculpture First Grand Prix in the exhibition – contest of Painters and Sculptors of Quebec.
In 2013 she was appointed Consultor Academician and exhibited at the Ward-Nasse Gallery in New York at an exhibition which gathered thirty women from different countries.
Carole Desgagné has participated in several group exhibitions in Quebec and France and is a permanent exhibitor at the Galerie Saint-Roch in Paris.
